How to make Costa Coffee?
Recommended preparation:
- Grind the beans fresh just before brewing (burr grinder recommended)
- For espresso: use a fine grind, 7–9g per shot, tamp firmly
- Extract 25–30 seconds at 90–95°C for a balanced shot with rich crema
- For bean-to-cup machines: pour directly into the hopper
- For French press or filter: use a coarser grind and adjust to taste
Use: Espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, moka pots, French press and filter. Grind fresh for maximum aroma.
