Daiquiri, near Santiago de Cuba. American engineer Jennings Cox is
credited with its creation, mixing rum, lime juice, and sugar to refresh his
mining crew during a hot Cuban summer.

crispness of fresh lime juice, the subtle sweetness of sugar, and the
smooth warmth of rum come together to create a refreshing and
