How to make?
Whole Beans
Recommended preparation:
- Grind the beans fresh just before brewing (burr grinder recommended)
- For espresso: use a fine grind, 7–9g per shot, tamp firmly
- Extract 25–30 seconds at 90–95°C for a balanced shot with rich crema
- For moka pot: use a medium-fine grind, fill the basket level, do not tamp
- Adjust grind size to taste, finer for stronger, coarser for milder
Use: Espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines and moka pots. Grind fresh for maximum aroma and crema.
